Cozy, Modern, and Clean. Very kind staffs. Free parking and internet.
There are only a bed and a television in the room. No Coffee machine and etc. Basically nothing!
Hotel is going through renovations but the room we stayed was good, but with no refrigerator. Is in Korean area so most of the restaurants in the area are serving Korean food,so it wasn't many choices for us for lunch or dinner. An easy 10 min.bus ride to down town LA and a very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The free parking was handy and the rooms are large. A comfortable enough stay and a fair price.
This hotel isn't a 'luxury' hotel as advertised, it is contemporary but very basic - think normal hotel but with plain walls and bedding instead of offensive patterns.
i liked the design elements that were actually in place. i also liked the casual feel. the staff was young and friendly, it felt like a nice hostel in europe.
i did not like that the rooms they are selling as boutique design rooms are not quite finished yet. i felt like even with the discounted price it wasn't put together enough yet to start taking customers. I was dissapointed with the hotels interior for both the price, and for what it is advertised as being. Not quite done with construction, but when it is done I am sure it will be lovely. The walls should also be redone, and so should the elevator, it still felt like an old apartment building in koreatown because of those small elements that fell through the cracks. should have cheaper rates.
Clean room, friendly staff, and not too far from Universal Studios. Rooms were modern looking/style and very nice. Direct tv for the tv and an ipod dock with an aux output next to the bed. Parking was under the hotel and not that bad. I would stay there again.
No ice machines or fridge, but the staff was more than happy to bring up ice.:)
Staff was very helpfull and aware of toerist might be looking for when visiting the city.
No closet, not even a hanger to put your coat on. (Room 201). And the receiver of the remote control of the TV was located behind the TV. So when wanting to change the channel you needed to stand up. So why then the remote?
Very friendly and helpful staff! Great that this hotel has hard floor. The area is calm. Parking in the hotel garage is free.
Americans seem to like very soft beds, I hate them. The doors to the rooms appear a bit skew. One more chair per double room would be nice.
Absolutely nice young staff, really huge and clean rooms, big plasma TV, free and stable wifi. Close to subway. Quiet street and neighborhood. Approximately 20-25 minutes travel to downtown and 30-35 to Hollywood by public transport. All in all one of the best places i've stayed! Prices are very reasonable for this level of service
Superb staff who really made a difference, excellent central and safe location with free parking, and very clean.
The space of the rooms and the ambientation. The wi-fi and the parking included in the price.
The room has not enough furnitures for cloth and lugagge. The bathroom is small in comparisson to the room.
The staff were helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and nice.
The Hotel seems unfinished, small details were not complete in the renovating
The proximity of the hotel to plenty of shops was a great bonus, especially for the price when compared to other hotels in nearby Beverly Hills. The hotel had a Directv box which was a great addition also, allowing me to watch nfl and all my favorite shows etc. which hardly any hotels offered.
No fridge which kind of bothered me as I like to go out and buy a few liter bottles of soda that I can keep cold for whenever I want to drink, however I obviously couldn't do this and just bought drinks whilst I was out. There was also no microwave, which I could live without.
Good location for company office. In very quiet street.
No refrigerator; no hot water/coffee maker; no tissues; limited lighting; low water pressure. Hotel claims they will remedy these shortcomings.
Very friendly and helpful personnel, great location, own garage.
